I don't know about you, but watching T.V. is often one of the hardest challenges for me. It doesn't matter what channel or show I am watching, there is always someone that I find prettier, skinnier than me. It leaves me feeling disappointed, disgusted, and delusional. I think that if I could only LOOK like her, then my life would be wonderful.
That's not the truth.
So today, I am turning off all forms of T.V. Not because I think that T.V. is bad, but because I prep myself with truth so I won't succumb to the lies on the silver screen.
